At E-dots4u.com, we utilize a very fast and reliable domain name registrar.  In most situations, it costs $30 or less per year.  While there are certainly cheaper solutions, we have found that they are often unpredictable, and that changes can take much longer to correctly register.

You can register your domain name from 1 to 5 years at a time.

Do I have to register my domain name, or will E-dots4u.com register my domain name?
Yes, we will register your domain name, unless you wish to do it yourself.

Why should E-dots4u.com register my domain name?
First, It's perfectly ok if you choose to manage your domain name through a registrar.  However, if you choose to allow us to register your domain name, we'll take care of everything for you.  Billing will be included in your regular statement, support will be transparent, and renewals will be handled automatically.

If I have E-dots4u.com park my new domain name and do not plan to set the site up immediately can I still have email with my domain name such as me@my-name.com.
Yes, some may call this branding their email and we charge $5.00 month for each account for this service.  You do not have to have a web page associated with your email account.

Can I have multiple domain names?
Yes, and you can even have multiple domain names pointing toward one domain name. For example, you have registered www.mypage.com and www.mypage.net , www.mypage.org can be pointed to www.mypage.com. So whatever address you type in your browser you go to the same site.

Can I transfer an existing domain or web site to E-dots4u.com?
Yes, when you are ordering just indicate you have an existing domain name or web site and E-dots4u.com will take care of the rest.

Can I check my email from the web if I am away from my computer or out of town?
Yes, we feature webmail here at E-dots4u.com so you can even check and respond to your email even if you are away from your computer. There is a link on our main page, and a link can be added to your website if you desire.  So, all you need is access to the Internet.

Does E-dots4u.com offer dial-up Internet Access?
No, we concentrate on web hosting. The reasoning behind this focus is to reduce the high costs in equipment, data lines and traffic generated in traditional ISP's and concentrate our resources solely on hosting websites.  If you need dial-up access, there are several very good options including MSN, AOL, Earthlink and others both local and national. 

Does E-dots4u.com provide service to adult sites or warez sites?
No, Absolutely not!  If any illegal or inappropriate content is discovered, it will be removed.

Once we register your domain name you are normally ready to start publishing your new web site within 24.
